**Role Purpose** To lead and drive the organization's Human Resources functions by developing people strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring statutory compliance, enabling business growth through effective talent management and promoting employee wellbeing, engagement, safety and organizational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Human Resource Management** - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development initiatives. - Establish HR policies, systems and processes that support organizational growth and operational excellence. - Lead HR transformation, digitization and process improvement initiatives. **Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning** - Collaborate with Cluster Heads & Property Managers to identify manpower requirements. - Lead recruitment strategies for executive and non-executive positions. - Build talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce demands. - Ensure effective onboarding and induction programs for new employees. **Performance Management & Talent Development** - Design and administer performance management systems. - Drive goal setting, annual appraisals, calibration, promotions and career progression frameworks. - Establish learning, training and capability-building initiatives. - Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. **Employee Relations** - Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance work culture. - Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution. - Ensure consistent application of organizational policies and procedures. **Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations** - Oversee payroll, compensation structures, benefits administration and annual salary review processes for Non-Executives - Ensure accuracy and compliance in employee records and HR operations. - Monitor workforce costs and HR budgets. - Drive automation and efficiency in HR service delivery. **Employee Wellbeing, Engagement & Culture** - Develop and implement comprehensive employee wellbeing programs focused on physical, mental, emotional and financial wellness. - Drive initiatives related to stress management, preventive healthcare and employee assistance programs. - Promote a culture of care, recognition, respect and belonging across all locations. - Lead wellness campaigns, health screenings, counselling support, fitness initiatives, and awareness programs. - Drive reward and recognition programs that enhance morale and retention. - Monitor employee satisfaction, attrition, absenteeism and wellbeing metrics. **Administration & Facility Management** - Ensure efficient administration of all offices and operational locations. - Oversee travel, transport, asset management and general administration. - Manage administrative budgets and optimize operating costs. - Ensure uninterrupted support services for business operations. **Statutory Compliance & Governance** - Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations and company policies. - Maintain required licenses, registrations and statutory records. - Liaise with labour authorities, government departments and regulatory bodies. - Ensure compliance with POSH, ethics, code of conduct **EHS, Safety & Workplace Standards** - Promote a safe, healthy and compliant work environment. - Partner with operations teams to strengthen workplace safety culture. - Lead awareness and training programs on health, safety and emergency preparedness. **Stakeholder Management** - Manage HR and administration service providers and vendors. - Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Partner with Cluster Heads to improve workforce effectiveness and service delivery. **Qualifications** - Master's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration / Social Work or related discipline. - Additional certifications in HR, OD, Coaching, Wellbeing or Labour Laws will be an advantage. **Experience** - 15–20+ years of progressive HR & Administration experience. - Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Experience managing large, multi-location workforces. - Strong exposure to Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compliance and Employee Wellbeing initiatives.
