Job description

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Banca Industry and Open Architecture at YES Bank and SA to formulate Annual Strategic Sales Plans and Budgets. Enable the sales team to successfully execute these plans via Employee Incentive Programs, Input Allowances, and other recognition and rewards initiatives (Employee PMS). Support Governance and Planning forums with precise and actionable steering documentation. Leverage data analytics to provide insights that drive agile decision-making and ensure optimal execution. Lead the Bank Reporting and all data reconciliations with the Bank and AMLI functional stakeholders
