In this role the Senior Data Scientist will leverage advanced machine learning deep learning NLP and statistical modelling to solve complex business challenges and generate measurable value. The role encompasses building predictive and generative AI models operationalizing them at scale and ensuring interpretability robustness and alignment with strategic objectives. A key focus will be applying AI-driven workforce analytics in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders including predictive modelling for attrition workforce planning and associate 360 to enhance employee experience and decision-making. This expertise enables demand forecasting prediction classification workforce analyticsdriving innovation efficiency and stronger business outcomes across a multinational enterprise.
