What success looks like in this role: Job Title: Associate Cloud Engineer  Location: Bangalore  Job Summary:  We are seeking a talented Associate Cloud Engineer with experience of 1-2 Years to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud-based solutions. He/she will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure efficient deployment and operation of applications in the cloud.  Key Responsibilities:  • Support and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), ensuring high availability and performance.  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure reliability and efficiency.  • Implement security best practices and compliance measures in cloud environments.  • Automate deployment and management processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.  • Provide support and guidance for cloud-related projects and initiatives.  You will be successful in this role if you have: Qualifications:  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  • 1-2 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.  • Strong understanding of cloud services and architectures (e.g., compute, storage, networking).  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools.  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.  Preferred Skills:  • Cloud certification (AWS Practitioner, Azure Admin, etc.).  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.  • Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.  Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, blood type, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
