**ServiceNow Architect** **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled **ServiceNow Architect**to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on **IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB)**, and in-depth knowledge of **IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM)**. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting scalable, enterprise-grade solutions, driving platform adoption, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Also preferably worked on a Domain Separated Instance. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the **architecture, design, and governance**of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Ensure CMDB data model design, integrations, and CI relationships support ITSM and ITOM use cases effectively. - Design and implement ITSM solution on a Domain separated Instance. - Design and implement ITOM solutions including **Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management**. - Drive adoption and optimization of **HAM and SAM modules**, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency. - Establish architectural standards, best practices, and guardrails for ServiceNow development and integrations. - Partner with IT leadership and business units to define the ServiceNow roadmap and strategy. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams. - Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture. - Manage vendor/stakeholder relationships and ensure successful delivery of projects. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - **10+ years of IT experience**with at least **6+ years in ServiceNow platform architecture and development**. - Strong expertise in **ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB architecture**on a Domain Separated Instance - Hands-on experience in **ITOM modules**(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration). - Working knowledge and implementation experience of **HAM and SAM**. - Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, API-based). - Solid understanding of **ITIL processes**and best practices. - Experience in defining **data models, governance models, and platform upgrade strategies**. - Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - ServiceNow **Certified System Administrator (CSA)**and **Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)**in ITSM/CMDB/ITOM/HAM/SAM preferred. - ServiceNow **Certified Technical Architect (CTA)**or pursuit of certification is highly desirable.
