Job Title: Executive - Operation Excellence Location: Head Office - Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present business data through reports and dashboards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating periodic MIS reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting management with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets. Monitor business KPIs and share performance updates with stakeholders. Perform data cleansing and ensure data accuracy. Generate ad-hoc reports as per business requirements. Maintain databases and update records regularly. Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis. Support operational teams with performance tracking and reporting. Automate recurring reports wherever feasible. Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation. Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros preferred) Power BI / Tableau knowledge Google Sheets proficiency Data analysis and reporting Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Time management and multitasking ability Ability to work under tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: Graduate is a mandatory for the role. Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
