Learn more about: Customer ## **Your work profile** We are looking for a seasoned **Automation Testing Leader** with deep expertise in the **Financial Services domain** and strong experience in **RFPs, solutioning, and pre-sales/sales support**. This role will drive **quality engineering transformation**, design scalable automation strategies, and collaborate with sales and business teams to win and deliver strategic deals. ## **Key Skills Required** ### **Quality Engineering & Automation Leadership** - Define enterprise-wide **test automation strategy, frameworks, and best practices**. - Lead large-scale QA transformation initiatives including **shift-left, continuous testing, and DevOps integration**. - Establish automation across **UI, API, data, microservices, and end-to-end business flows**. - Drive innovation using modern tools, AI-based testing, and intelligent automation. ### **Financial Services Domain Expertise** - Leverage deep domain knowledge in: - Banking (Core Banking, Lending, Digital Banking) - Payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, ACH, SEPA, Cards) - Capital Markets (Trading, Asset Management, Risk) - Insurance & Regulatory Compliance - Ensure validation of **complex financial transactions, settlement processes, and regulatory requirements** (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR). ### **RFP, Solutioning & Pre-Sales** - Lead and contribute to **RFP/RFI responses**, including solution design, estimation, and effort sizing. - Collaborate with sales teams to **define winning QA strategies and value propositions**. - Create **solution architectures, test strategies, and transformation roadmaps** for client engagements. - Participate in **client presentations, technical discussions, and proposal defense**. - Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and **differentiated QA offerings**. ### **Client Engagement & Delivery** - Act as a **trusted advisor to clients**, driving QA strategy and governance. - Manage end-to-end **test lifecycle (planning, execution, reporting, and quality metrics)**. - Lead distributed QA teams and ensure successful delivery across programs. - Establish KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement frameworks. ### **Technology & Tools** - Programming: **Java / Python / C#** - Automation: **Selenium, Cypress, Playwright** - API Testing: **RestAssured, Karate, Postman** - BDD: **Cucumber, SpecFlow** - Performance Testing: **JMeter, LoadRunner** - CI/CD: **Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions** - Cloud: **AWS / Azure / GCP** - DevOps & Containers: **Docker, Kubernetes** - Test Management: **JIRA, ALM, TestRail** ## **Required Qualifications** - 14+ years of experience in **software testing & quality engineering**, with strong automation expertise. - Demonstrated experience in **test architecture, framework development, and QA transformation**. - Strong domain expertise in **Financial Services (Banking/Payments/Capital Markets/Insurance)**. - Proven experience in **RFP responses, solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales/sales support**. - Hands-on coding experience and strong understanding of modern automation tools.
