We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Oversee complete facility operations across multiple commercial sites including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, HVAC systems, fire and life safety systems, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and general building maintenance Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance schedules, and operational protocols to ensure consistency across all sites Monitor daily operations through regular site visits, inspections, and review of operational reports to identify and address issues proactively. Maintain comprehensive asset registers, equipment history records, and maintenance documentation for all sites Develop and manage annual maintenance calendars, capital expenditure plans, and refurbishment schedules. Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and implement capability development programs for operations staff. Foster a culture of accountability, safety consciousness, and operational excellence within the team Manage workforce planning, deployment, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across all sites. Coordinate internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions across all sites. Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation including licenses, permits, certificates, and inspection reports. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols, conduct safety training, and investigate incidents to ensure workplace safety.
