Job requisition ID :: 104385 Date: Jun 18, 2026 Location: Chennai Designation: Associate Director Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Associate Director | SAP | Chennai | SAP** - **Job requisition ID** : 104385 - **Location**: Chennai - **Entity**: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Your work profile** - Lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs for Automotive clients, including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and mobility ecosystem organizations - Own end-to-end delivery accountability across consulting, implementation, transformation, and managed services engagements - Drive program planning, execution, governance, quality assurance, risk management, and successful business outcomes across complex engagements - Define and implement delivery strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices aligned with client objectives - Lead SAP-led transformation programs focused on process standardization, operational excellence, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization - Manage multi-location, cross-functional, and global teams across business, consulting, technology, and delivery workstreams - Ensure effective management of project dependencies, escalations, resource planning, budget tracking, and stakeholder communications - Drive innovation through the adoption of industry best practices, SAP solutions, digital technologies, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies - Oversee program performance, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize client value realization **Key skills required** - 15+ years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, SAP transformation, or enterprise consulting engagements - Proven experience leading large-scale SAP-led transformation programs within the Automotive industry - Strong understanding of Automotive business processes across: - OEM Operations - Demand Management - Sales & Distribution - Supply Chain Management - Production & Manufacturing Operations - Dealer and Distribution Networks - Mobility Ecosystem Operations - Deep expertise in SAP-enabled business transformation for Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers - Strong understanding of Automotive industry challenges, operating models, and process optimization opportunities - Experience in mapping Automotive demand, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing processes within SAP solutions - Proven track record of managing large consulting, implementation, and managed services engagements - Strong experience in: - Program Governance - Delivery Management - Risk & Issue Management - Stakeholder Management - Resource Planning - Quality Assurance - Executive Reporting - Experience managing multi-location, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams - Strong client-facing consulting experience with executive stakeholder management - Ability to define innovative solutions leveraging SAP, digital technologies, automation, analytics, and industry best practices - Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting account growth, business development, and client expansion initiatives - Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills - Strategic mindset with the ability to balance delivery excellence, client objectives, and business growth goals - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
