Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic direction into scalable business outcomes. As the Global Vendor Management organization advances toward an AI-enabled, automation-driven operating model, the Associate Director will convert leadership priorities into structured transformation roadmaps, automation programs, business capabilities, governance frameworks, and measurable value-realization plans. The role will connect business, finance, operations, technology, and supplier ecosystems to drive coordinated enterprise execution, strengthen organizational capability, and deliver measurable improvements in revenue, cost, productivity, controls, and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will bring clarity to ambiguity, exercise sound judgment in complex environments, and lead cross-functional teams from concept and business case through implementation, adoption, operational readiness, and sustained value. Key Responsibilities **Enterprise Transformation & Business Expansion | 27%** - Translate leadership priorities into future-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance structures, and executable programs. - Convert broad or evolving concepts into clear scope, ownership, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and success measures. - Lead cross-functional transformation from assessment and design through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and sustained value realization. - Identify and develop new capabilities and business opportunities that expand the CoE’s impact across products, business units, suppliers, and geographies. - Position the CoE as a strategic business partner focused on enterprise outcomes, commercial insight, governance, scalability, and business growth. **Automation, AI & Digital Enablement | 27%** - Lead the adoption of intelligent automation and digitally enabled operating models across the organization, transforming manual and fragmented processes into scalable, control-based workflows that improve operational efficiency, governance, decision-making, and business outcomes. - Identify, prioritize, and scale AI, analytics, process-mining, and automation use cases across quoting, purchase orders, invoicing, customer billing, revenue assurance, disputes, compliance, and supplier governance. - Translate business needs into automation roadmaps, product backlogs, control requirements, acceptance criteria, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes. - Partner with product, engineering, architecture, data, cybersecurity, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned capabilities. - Apply Agile and product-led practices to accelerate delivery, resolve dependencies, and move successful pilots into sustainable enterprise adoption. **Financial & Commercial Value | 18%** - Drive balanced top-line and bottom-line outcomes through revenue protection, billing accuracy, leakage prevention, savings, cost avoidance, supplier optimization, and productivity improvement. - Develop business cases and benefits frameworks connecting transformation investments to revenue, margin, cash flow, controls, customer impact, and cost-to-revenue visibility. - Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate assumptions, track realized value, address benefit gaps, and strengthen commercial and financial governance. **Telecom Operations, Products & Technology | 18%** - Apply strong knowledge of telecom products, commercial operations, and service lifecycles, including Q2C, O2C, P2P, ordering, provisioning, billing, revenue assurance, service delivery, disputes, and supplier governance. - Connect customer commitments, supplier costs, contracts, inventory, usage, billing, service performance, and risk to support commercially and operationally sound decisions. - Work across product, network, application, OSS/BSS, service-management, and operations teams to ensure solutions reflect technology dependencies, controls, service risks, and customer outcomes. **People Leadership & Organizational Capability | 10%** - Lead and develop a cross-functional team responsible for transformation, automation, analytics, commercial outcomes, and change adoption. - Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, capability plans, and measurable team outcomes. - Build leadership depth and embed Agile, data-driven, collaborative, and outcome-focused ways of working. **Required Experience** - Seasoned professional across telecom, enterprise transformation, automation, product or technology delivery, commercial operations, finance, analytics, billing, revenue assurance, operations, or supplier ecosystems. - Proven success translating senior leadership direction into operating models, roadmaps, automation programs, business cases, implementation plans, and measurable enterprise outcomes. - Demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional transformation and automation initiatives from concept through adoption and sustained value. - Strong understanding of telecom products, customer and supplier lifecycles, billing, revenue assurance, service delivery, technology dependencies, and financial governance. - Experience scaling AI, automation, analytics, or digital workflows with measurable business adoption and control improvement. - Strong commercial and financial acumen covering revenue protection, savings, cost avoidance, productivity, controls, and benefits realization. - Ability to manage scope, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and team development in ambiguous environments. **Preferred Technology Exposure** Experience applying enterprise technologies to business transformation, including Automation or comparable vendor-management capabilities, Palantir Foundry or similar data environments, ServiceNow or equivalent workflow platforms, Power BI, OSS/BSS, billing and revenue-assurance platforms, AI/GenAI, process mining, and inte
