GESS enables A&M’s client service delivery, go-to-market, risk management and growth goals as a strategic partner. **How You Will Contribute** We are seeking an Endpoint Application Management Specialist to own the full lifecycle of application management across the managed endpoint estate. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning application packaging, PMPC configuration, Microsoft Intune deployment, change management, and ongoing automated patching. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across tooling, process, and quality disciplines — packaging and aligning applications, managing their deployment through Intune, and maintaining the health of the patching estate. This role requires strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** - Application Packaging & PMPC Alignment - Package applications in line with organisational standards and deployment requirements, ensuring consistency and quality across the estate - Align custom applications with PMPC configurations and policies, ensuring compatibility and compliance before release - Perform quality assurance testing on all packaged applications prior to deployment, identifying and resolving issues early in the lifecycle - Produce and maintain clear documentation for all packaging activities, configurations, and outcomes to support audit and knowledge sharing. - Intune Deployment & Change Management - Upload and configure applications within Microsoft Intune, ensuring accurate targeting, assignment, and deployment settings - Manage change management processes in line with organisational governance and ITSM frameworks, ensuring all changes are assessed, approved, and communicated appropriately - Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders, facilitating sign-off ahead of wider deployment - Track and report on deployment outcomes, documenting failures, remediating issues, and maintaining an accurate record of deployment history. - PMPC Patching & Configuration - Onboard and configure applications within the PMPC catalogue, ensuring they are available and correctly presented to end users - Set up and maintain automated ongoing patching schedules, ensuring the estate remains current and secure - Monitor patching activity across the estate, tracking failures and driving timely resolution in collaboration with relevant teams - Maintain accurate records of patch status, failure trends, and remediation actions to support reporting and compliance requirements. **Qualifications** - 1-5 years of experience in application packaging, including familiarity with formats such as MSIX, MSI,etc - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for application management and deployment - Familiarity with PMPC or an equivalent patch and package management platform - Understanding of ITSM-aligned change management processes and how they apply to software deployment - Experience supporting or coordinating UAT activities with business stakeholders - Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear technical documentation - Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritise effectively under pressure. **Your journey at A&M** We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person’s unique professional and personal development.
