Associate Engineer - Production

Job description

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Engineer with hands-on experience in SMT and FATP manufacturing processes within the EMS industry. The candidate will be responsible for production operations, manpower handling, productivity improvement, quality adherence, and achieving daily production targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle SMT & FATP production line activities. - Manage FATP assembly operations, testing, packing, and shipment activities. - Achieve daily production targets with required quality standards. - Ensure 5S, safety, and discipline on the production floor. - Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. - Monitor line productivity, cycle time, and output efficiency. - Preparation of daily production MIS and shift reports . - Coordinate with Quality, Process, Maintenance & Warehouse teams. **Required Skills & Qualification:** - Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field. - Hands-on experience in SMT & FATP manufacturing process. - Knowledge of PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing. - Knowledge of PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing processes.
