Location: Bengaluru | Jul 22, 2026 Job Purpose - - Managing and enhancing technical procedures, aircraft maintenance protocols, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations to uphold operational excellence. - Will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the technical aspects of flight procedures, aircraft systems, and associated technologies Responsible for EFB Handling, Weight & Balance activities of daily departures at base Key accountabilities - - Conduct regular assessments of existing technical processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective systems integration solutions. - Stay informed about aviation regulations and standards, ensuring technical aspects of flight operations comply with industry requirements. - Implement enhancements to aircraft systems to improve technical performance and align with industry advancements. - Keep track & manage the Electronic Flight Baggage (EFB) units at the base and make sure they are readily available in usable condition as per flight schedules - Manage the Load Control documentation at base and relay it back to the central Ops Engg & Load control team providing them effective oversight & control at the base - Handle small technical issues on ground and ensure smooth information flow back to the central HQ team for maintaining on time performance and early resolution of load / aircraft data related issues *Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
