MBA in HR is preferred.** Experience Range: **2-5 years of USA Immigration experience** Primary skills: 1. **Processing of visa application for USA region with 100% compliance** 2. **System adherence within the predefined SLA and high- quality output with Zero defects** 3. **Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers** 4. **Reviewing visa applications, petitions, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.** 5. **Immigration domain knowledge** 6. **Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines** 7. **Scheduling call with customers, answering queries, and guiding applicants on required documentation.** 8. **Analytical ability**
