Associate - Instrumentation

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Ensure smooth operation of instrumentation systems on the shop floor, including machine shop equipment. • Troubleshoot issues with instruments and control systems to minimize downtime. • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems related to instrumentation. • Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as calibration, cleaning, and testing of instruments. • Provide support for new projects by installing, configuring, and commissioning instrumentation systems. Desired Candidate Profile • 3-5 years of experience in electronics & instrumentation field (diploma holders preferred). • Strong understanding of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic) and HMI software (e.g., Wonderware Intouch). • Experience working with industrial automation technologies like Siemens S7-1200/1500 series controllers. • Familiarity with machine shop operations and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
