Accompanied by significant guidance, works in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education. In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding. It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. **Responsibilities** - Support SAP Project System (PS) solutions across global manufacturing and engineering operations. - Collaborate with business partners to understand the requirements and support the designing and delivery of solutions. - Support configuration, testing, migration, and implementation activities for Project Systems processes. - Support project delivery and enhancement activities by preparing function designs, test scenarios and support documentation. - Collaborate with development team to build solutions. - Support integration with 3rd party applications interfaces with SAP PS module . - Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP PS and integrated systems. Participate in root cause analysis process . - Participate in troubleshooting application, data, and integration issues across interconnected systems, contributing to root cause analysis and resolution activities . - Follow ITIL processes - incident management, problem management, change management and request management, providing 24x7 support to site users. **Qualifications** - **Bachelor** **degree in IT discipline** preferred or a **minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.** - Experience with **SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Project System module.** - Exposure to engineering and project system processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience participating in application support, testing, or project delivery activities, including issue triage, defect investigation. - Familiarity with API and Azure Cloud. - Interest or exposure to system integrations, data management, and analytics. **Your****Skill****s** - Foundational understanding of **project system business processes - planning, budgeting, scheduling, work breakdown structures (WBS), networks, project procurement, and project cost management** - Experience supporting **SAP Project systems (PS) solutions.** - Understanding of **Project systems data and configuration.** - Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs. - Experience troubleshooting and resolving application, data, and integration issues across SAP and connected enterprise systems . - Experience with ITIL methodology. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently in complex support environments. **Additional notes** - The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential. - **This position does not offer relocation assistance.** **Benefits – What Dow offers you** We invest in you.
