Job Description - -------------- Job Title Associate Location Pune Experience Fresher (0-1 Year) Qualification MBA (Finance) **Role Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MBA Finance graduate to join our Fund Accounting team. The role involves supporting the accounting and administration of investment funds, ensuring accurate valuation, reconciliation, and financial reporting while adhering to established processes and service level agreements. **Key Responsibilities** Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for investment funds. Perform cash, position, trade, and portfolio reconciliations. Support the preparation of fund financial statements and investor reporting. Process fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, dividends, and expenses. Monitor and investigate exceptions or reconciliation breaks and support their resolution. Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Custody, Compliance, and Treasury. Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal controls and standard operating procedures. Ensure timely completion of deliverables in accordance with business requirements and SLAs. Support audits and regulatory reporting activities as required.
