You come in at a time wherein over the next 3 years you will get an opportunity to be in the transformation journey- ****Duties and Responsibilities**** - Content Operations Management Mobile APP & Websites - 1. Ownership of the end-to-end execution and testing of webpages created through various templates and components. - 2. Verify, upload, test, and publish content via workflow across web and app platforms. - 3. Conduct UAT testing across desktop and mobile devices to ensure accuracy and functionality. - 4. Provide sign-off on component deliverables from a content authoring perspective to the development team. - 5. Collaborate with business teams to enable smooth sharing and flow of content, assets, and metadata. - 6. Coordinate with external vendors/content licensors for creation of videos, images, and metadata where required. - 7. Work closely with tech and product teams to refine and improve operational workflows. - 8. Take complete responsibility for executing authoring tracks within CMS, ensuring defined TAT compliance. - 9. Manage and execute operations for multilingual sites effectively. - 10. Perform RAID management with stakeholders, de-risk content operations, and quantify potential risks. - CMS workflow management - 1. Set up CMS workflows for approvals and establish governance for publishing processes. - 2. Take complete ownership of digital asset management and tag governance for the website ecosystem. - 3. Ensure adherence to ticket management tools and publishing workflows, including log maintenance for audit purposes. - 4. Manage publishing rights post sign-off from authoring, business, and QA teams. - 5. Identify new opportunities, suggest initiatives, and implement strategies to optimize CMS usage. - 6. Adopt a solution-focused approach to resolve authoring challenges and streamline operations. - 7. Drive CMS adoption across features and functionalities to maximize efficiency. - 8. Identify incorrect component usage, document problem statements, and raise detailed user stories to CMS architects and developers. - PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION - 1. 8 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end content operations for websites and mobile apps. - 2. Proven experience in leading small teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously (BAU, migrations, compliance, and new initiatives). - 3. Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any enterprise-level CMS, with hands-on authoring expertise. - 4. Adept at AI-driven process improvements, leveraging automation and analytics to optimize content operations, increase efficiency, and enhance decision-making. - 5. Skilled in content workflows, governance, localization, and operational excellence. - 6. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for handling large volumes of content data. - 7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems (Jira / Azure Boards) for project and task management. - 8. Experienced in KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance management post go-live. - 9. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-function
