Job Description - -------------- HR Data Analyst **Location:** SMILES 3, Bengaluru **Years of Experience:** 7-10 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing HR data and creating insightful dashboards to support workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as predictive analytics. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of people practices to drive data-informed decisions across the organization. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives. * Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key HR metrics. * Develop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. * Conduct advanced analytics to support DEI initiatives and predictive modeling. * Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. * Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytics activities. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and people practices. **Mandatory Skills:** * Strong understanding of people practices and HR analytics. * Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. * Experience with MySQL and SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Advanced analytical skills, including experience with Python for data analysis. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in project management methodologies. * Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders. * Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations. **Qualifications:** * Masters degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. * 7-10 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field. * Proven track record of using data to drive decision-making in HR.
