Job description

Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling • Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6. • Prepare project baselines covering Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning activities. • Develop Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, and detailed package-wise schedules. • Establish milestones and critical paths for BTG and BOP project packages. • Prepare integrated schedules encompassing all project functions. Project Monitoring & Controls • Monitor actual progress against approved baseline schedules. • Perform critical path and float analysis. • Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks impacting project timelines. • Prepare catch-up and recovery plans for delayed activities. • Conduct look-ahead planning and rolling-wave schedule updates • Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports. Qualifications Experience - 8-15 Years Diploma, B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
