We have urgent opening for Associate Manager- US Tax Accounting role For Mumbai location location- NKP GOrgaon Designation- Associate Manager US Tax Accounting Job Description Oversees client entity tax compliance, prepares and files (i) US federal, US state tax returns for entities and determines and monitors fund dividend and capital gains tax distribution requirements and/or (ii) prepares and uploads/files calculations mandated by Revenue and/or (iii) prepares non US tax returns and monitors tax payments and/or (iv) undertakes FATCA/CRS due diligence and prepares returns, develops and monitors fund tax policies. Leader of primarily technical, skilled, or professional staff working on issues or projects of a moderate scope that require independent judgement guided by established policies, processes, and procedures. Actively engages in the work of the team to resolve escalated issues and meet schedules. Administers company policies and provides direction and guidance to team members on daily work, sometimes through team leads. Recommends new procedures and changes to policies to meet department goals. Qualification Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience. Job Specs Tax Form/ Self Cert form digitization in the SSnC AEOIS system Overview of FATCA and CRS regulation Perform Investor due diligence as per FATCA/CRS regulation Fund & Investor reconcilliation for assigned clients Clearing Indicia for the investors Working on the FATCA/CRS reporting area Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc Interested candidates can send their cv on apnaik@sscinc.com
