Job Description - Supervise the Yarn Dyeing Laboratory operations during the assigned shift. - Perform shade development and color matching using Computer Color Matching (CCM) software. - Ensure accurate shade approval as per customer and production requirements. - Prepare laboratory dyeing recipes and optimize dye formulations. - Monitor dyeing processes and maintain consistency in shade reproduction. - Coordinate with the Production, Quality Assurance, and Merchandising teams for timely shade approvals. - Maintain laboratory records, dyeing reports, and testing documentation. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and laboratory best practices. - Investigate and resolve shade variations and color-related issues. - Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
