Job description

**Job Purpose:** The position is accountable for understanding the Query/request /complaint of the customer, coordinating with the respective stakeholders and resolving and sharing the resolution with the customer within the stipulated time. **Job Description:** - Responsible for email communication with the customer and if required, connect with the customer over the phone to detail the resolution - Responsible for coordinating with the respective stakeholders like partners, internal teams, inter department to resolve the Query of the customer. - Share the MIS on a daily basis. - Understand the process and recommend process changes when the query is monotype
