As a dynamic e-learning startup, the company is committed to democratizing education and making high-quality learning accessible to students worldwide. **Role Description** The Associate Partnership Operations - Calling Intern will support operational functions related to partnerships by conducting calls, managing communication, and coordinating with stakeholders. The role will require maintaining accurate data entry, ensuring seamless onboarding processes for partners, and resolving any queries effectively. You will work closely with the partnerships team to facilitate smooth interactions between tutors and other collaborators. This is a full-time internship, location-based in Gurugram, and will be conducted on-site. **Qualifications** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English. - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Basic proficiency in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations. - Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to manage operational challenges efficiently. - Previous experience in customer service, tele-calling, or partnership operations is a plus but not mandatory. - A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
