That is where you come in! **Requirements** - Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in Django, Flask, or Fast API frameworks. - Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs for enterprise applications. - Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, data Modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and application security best practices. - Knowledge of secure coding standards, testing methodologies, and code quality practices. - Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools. - Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration testing. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Responsibilities** - Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Design and manage database structures, data access layers, and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance. - Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security controls across backend applications. - Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, optimization, testing, and documentation activities. - Integrate backend systems with frontend applications, third-party services, and enterprise platforms. - Write high-quality, reusable, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and engineering standards. - Develop and execute unit tests, support quality assurance activities, and ensure application reliability. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. - Support application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in cloud and containerized environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, automation, reliability, and development efficiency.
