**T H E R O L E** You will own the product lifecycle for one of Unicommerce's core commerce modules — working at the intersection of customer problems, business goals, and engineering delivery. This is a high-ownership IC role where you'll drive roadmap, prioritisation, and execution in a fast-paced, AI-first product environment. **W H A T Y O U ' L O W N** **Product Strategy & Roadmap** – Own and drive the product roadmap for your module — from ideation through launch and iteration. – Deeply understand merchant and operations pain points through continuous discovery: interviews, data, and competitive analysis. – Translate business goals into a prioritised backlog that balances customer impact, technical feasibility, and commercial value. **Product Development** – Write sharp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can act on immediately. – Make fast, well-reasoned prioritisation calls. Own the trade-offs. – Define success metrics for every initiative and track outcomes post-launch. **Cross-Functional Delivery** – Drive sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning in partnership with Engineering and QA. – Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Ops to align product decisions with market realities. – Own end-to-end delivery: discovery → design → build → launch → learn. **Customer & Market Insight** – Engage directly with merchants, brand managers, and operations teams to stay close to real workflows. – Monitor product usage, adoption metrics, and support signals to continuously improve. – Conduct regular competitive benchmarking across commerce, OMS, WMS, and logistics-tech platforms. **W H A T Y O U B R I N G** **Must-Have** – 1–3 years in Product Management — B2B SaaS, commerce-tech, logistics-tech, or supply-chain platforms strongly preferred. – Prior exposure to OMS, WMS, marketplace integrations, or e-commerce fulfilment workflows is a strong plus. – Strong analytical instincts — comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making. – Experience writing crisp PRDs and running agile delivery cycles with engineering teams. – Excellent stakeholder management — able to align engineering, business, and leadership around a shared vision. – Bias for action: moves fast, makes decisions, learns from outcomes. **Good to Have** – Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, or Looker. – Familiarity with AI/ML product capabilities and how to embed them into B2B workflows. – Understanding of API integrations, webhook flows, and platform architecture concepts. – Experience in a high-growth startup or publicly listed product company. **Education:** Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
