**Associate Program Manager - Internal Job Posting (IJP)** We are looking for an **Associate Program Manager** to support the Internal Job Posting (IJP) program through **data analysis, dashboard management, and executive reporting**. The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to drive internal mobility initiatives and provide actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze IJP data, hiring trends, and program performance metrics. - Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools. - Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business reviews. - Generate recurring and ad hoc reports with actionable recommendations. - Support process improvements and stakeholder reporting requirements. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in Program Management, HR Analytics, TA Operations, or a related field. - Strong skills in **Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint**. - Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with recruiting, internal mobility, or HR data is preferred. **Employment Type:** Contractual Role
