Associate R&D Performance Tester - IDC

**The opportunity:** Join Hitachi Energys India Development Centre (IDC), an RD organization that collaborates with global teams to build scalable and reliable digital solutions. In this role, you will focus on performance testing and engineering, ensuring applications are highly available, scalable, and reliable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to test, analyze, and improve system performance across multiple products. **How youll make an impact:** - To design, create, andmaintainperformance test plans for applications. Execute load testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, K6 - To analyze system performance andidentifybottlenecks - To define performanceobjectivesand workload profiles. - To simulate system behavior under different load conditions - Collaborate with development teams to improve scalability.Troubleshoot performance issues - Provide performance reports with recommendations - **Responsible for ensuring compliance** with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Living Hitachi Energys core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. **Your Background:** - Required bachelors degree in computer scienceor related field. Must have total experience of 36 years in Performance Testing - Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, SOAPUI - Experience with Jira / Zephyr or similar tools. Knowledge of API testing and web systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Exposure to Kubernetes / Azure DevOps (good to have). - Basic knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL. - Good communicationand collaboration skills.
