**How will you make an impact:** - To Verify validate of substation automation products. - To Participate in test core team workshop to understand the product test requirements and performs software/domain test activities on system/product projects, including design, coding, and black box testing of software modules in line with the quality management system - Developing new and adaptive design of test cases for system and product requirements. Report verify the test defect logs captured during the testing phase of the assigned product. - Partnering well with a variety of different product stakeholder groups, including management at different levels, business analysts and developers community. - Technically responsible to ensure the mutual consistency and efficient integration of the several subsystems in modular, easy-to-maintain and extendible software that meets the product specification. - Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Living Hitachi Energys core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. **Your Background:** - Required bachelors or masters degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering with 3-8 years of practical experience in Substation Automation. - Should be technically sound in the field of protection and communication protocols used in substation. - Should have knowledge on computer networks. OSI Layers, and different protocols in each layer is a plus. - Should be proficient in programming languages such as Python/Java/C#. - Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle especially the Agile development method is a plus. - Should have effective communication skills needed to collaborate with team members. - Proficiency in both spoken written English language is required.
