Job Description - -------------- Program Manager- Replacement Role **Location:** CUSTOMER-Bengaluru-Bengaluru **Years of Experience:** 8 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Program Management, particularly in Scrum and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary. * Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and best practices. * Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Agile practices and project management methodologies. **Mandatory Skills:** * Strong knowledge of Program Management principles and practices. * Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. * Demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. * Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP). * Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. * 5-8 years of experience in Program Management and Project Management. * Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs in an Agile environment.
