Associate/ Senior Associate - Business Strategy (Rapid Commerce)

**About the Role** We are looking for a highly motivated **Senior Associate** to join the Rapid Business Strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems using data, working across multiple stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives that improve operational and commercial performance. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, execute high-impact projects, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas using data. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Excel. - Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, vendor performance, and business outcomes. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of projects. - Conduct performance reviews, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions. - Prepare business presentations, strategy documents, and executive updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Finance, Supply, and Commercial teams. - Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution while ensuring timely delivery. - Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions. **Key Skills & Competencies** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Logical Functions, Data Analysis). - Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills. - Strong **vendor management** and stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience in **performance analytics** and business reporting. - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. - High ownership with a proactive approach to driving initiatives. - Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and execution excellence. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (MBA preferred but not mandatory). - 25 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics, Consulting, Operations Excellence, or Program Management. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment is preferred. **What We're Looking For** - A self-starter who takes ownership beyond defined responsibilities. - Someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity and driving outcomes independently. - A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. - An individual who is passionate about continuous learning and creating business impact through data and strategy.
