**Role: Associate / Senior Associate - Sales Operations (Partnership)** **What you’ll do:** **Roles and responsibilities :** - Build, foster and grow partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in India. - Create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source new partnership opportunities. - Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories. - Have complete ownership of monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals with strategic partners. - Shape products and businesses by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow. - Interface with other Cashfree teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers, and brands. - Help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the Cashfree product. - Deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization **What Makes You A Great Fit:** - 2-6 years, relevant experience in Hunting and selling, from Fintech background, preferably online payments - Has fair understanding of payments space - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements **Location:** Bangalore ~ Ecoworld - Bellandur
