Job description

**Responsibilities / Tasks** - Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site. - Knowledge of extrusion, raw materials bindings and 2D, 3D, multilayer snacks and pasta processing. - Delivery of top-quality service execution and Identify customer needs. - Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues. - Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and services - To follow the internal expenses and travel policies - Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades. - Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship. - Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service. - Willingness to travel within the country and Globally at least 70% of annual working days **Your Profile / Qualifications** - Diploma/Bachelors or Technical Degree preferred - Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC & servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC, and PC based control systems - Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. - Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems. - Strong customer service orientation with a “do whatever it takes” attitude. - Able to multi-task and work under extreme pressure. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently.. - Be able to read/understand blueprints, and mechanical/electrical drawings. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to evaluate and solve problems in a logical manner. - Knowledge of Mechanical drawings and electrical circuits, wiring, and schematics. - Knowledge of English, knowledge of another language appreciated - Availability for national and international travel **Did we spark your interest?** Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
