That is where you come in! **REQUIREMENT:** - We are hiring for Business Analysis experience within the Clinical Trials domain. - Strong understanding of clinical protocols and end-to-end study setup processes. - Experience interpreting and extracting study requirements from protocol documents. - Hands-on experience writing: - Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) - Functional Requirements - User Stories - Acceptance Criteria - Process Flows and Workflow Specifications - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Perform in-depth analyses of market trends, business needs, benchmarking, and deficiencies to provide actionable recommendations, strategies, and plans. - Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions. - Contribute to RFP responses and business opportunities. - Represent the organization at industry forums and events. - Write white papers, blogs, and support thought leadership initiatives. - Conduct requirement analysis, management, and development activities. - Work on functional specifications, use cases, story preparation, and process flow diagrams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile projects to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
