REQUIREMENT: • Total Experience - 7+ Years • Strong experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in IRM/GRC implementations. • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Entity Management. • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform customization using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Catalog Items, and Record Producers. • Experience developing workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, MID Server, and third-party system integrations. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scoped Applications, and Update Sets. • Experience in ServiceNow platform troubleshooting, production support, and performance optimization. • Good understanding of CMDB, reporting, dashboards, indicators, and data imports. • Experience in Agile development methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.    Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions aligned with business and customer requirements. • Configure and customize Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Entity Management modules. • Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, and platform customizations. • Configure questionnaires, indicators, risk statements, controls, issues, and remediation workflows. • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party platforms. • Implement ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, and Scripted REST APIs. • Design scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices. • Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions. • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high development standards. • Support platform upgrades, release management, and ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize platform performance. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
