**Job Purpose** •Management and execution of AvSec training records, supporting to ensure all employees undergo aviation security training in compliance with NCASTP. •Support the planning and administration of the training curriculum and handle all administrative tasks related to AvSec training. **Key Accountabilities** Operational Activities •In consultation with the Head-ASTI will be overall responsible to make sure that the training programs are planned well in advance, communicated to all stakeholders, and training is conducted smoothly till the certifications. •Assisting in Developing and implementing AvSec training programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and aligning with the company policy. •Support in assessing training needs and contributing to the development of comprehensive training planning for employees. •Help in maintaining the training infrastructure, equipment, and materials, ensuring readiness for all training related activities. •Coordinate and follow up on training requests from external agencies, covering scheduling, documentation, billing, and payments. •Coordination with AI finance team for training invoice & billing related matters Administrative Activities•Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, evaluations, and documentation for compliance/Inspection purpose. •Assist in scheduling training sessions, organizing venues, and ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently and timely fashion. •Generate reports on training activities, performance metrics, and compliance rates. Curriculum Development •Contribute to the creation and periodic updating of AvSec training curriculum and materials to reflect current AvSec protocols and procedures. •Coordinate with subject matter experts and the Head-ASTI to ensure training content is relevant, effective, and engaging. Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
