We are looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Assistant Business Analyst for Amazon Shipping team who will aid in the performance tracking and deep dives to enable team to deliver high bar performance of our customers. Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:a. build business intelligence to aid the performance deep dive and build scalable mechanisms to track performance across shippers and channelsb. Manage end to end data pipelines for SWA businessc. Work closely with the Operations, Sales and Account managers on establishing & streamlining reporting mechanismsd. Create and build input and output metrics for daily/ weekly/monthly reporting of businesse. Drive productivity improvement for the team by automating all deep dives and reporting.f. Maintain key process documents for internal and external stakeholdersAbout the teamAmazon shipping team is the externalization arm of Amazon transportation and Supply chain services where we offer our services to off amazon e-commerce sellers/shippers for Cx delivery of their shipments.
