Job description

- To perform process evaluation during development, optimization and scale-up - To evaluate equipment fitment for pilot plant batch/exhibit batch - To prepare & review TT documents and ensure timely control of TT documents by coordinating with MCD, ADL & Quality etc. - To facilitate technology transfer of new R&D products to plant. - To categorize the process in terms of Scalable and Non-scalable parameters for robust and seamless technology transfer and scale-up. - To plan and monitor team for Exhibit batches at TPL/LLM location. - Review TT documents & scaleup reports - To guide/direct team for different studies like QbD , process safety, scaleup study with use of PAT tools, reaction kinetics, Crystallization and polymorph at pilot plant - To provide guidance and give directions to TT team for simulation trials to achieve right at first time. - To ensure knowledge sharing to technology receiving team about process and handling during technology transfer. - To involve in trouble shooting during scale-up and manufacturing campaigns - To Implement advance / innovative technologies without affecting quality standards of product. - To impart training to staff members in technical area and application of PAT tools with respect to process development and hazard evaluation. - To identify suitable CMOs for various intermediates / APIs as per the business requirements - To assist in planning, directing and coordinating day to day pilot plant operations / batches / material delivery to Formulation department / technology transfer etc. - To ensure process safety and adequate handling of materials during pilot plant batches and Validation batches at plant. - To ensure any capex requirement for new product technology transfer and raise the requirement during development. - To review technical specifications for new equipments. - To evaluate and implement processes in flow chemistry, mechanochemistry & electrochemistry - To adherence green chemistry principles during development/ scaleup
