**Job Dimensions:** - Responsible for all the activities of the Floor which include the respective departments and sub departments. - Acts as the interface in the department between the Customer and the Company. - Drives the Store Strategy (Concept and Implementation). - Is the Custodian of the Metro Cash & Carry Brand. - Drives Store Operations SOPs within the through responsibility and adherence to the prevailing SOPs. - Responsible for Stock Management, Expiry Checks, Reordering and Goods Receiving and Inventory Management. Will run the Perpetual Inventory and Annual Inventory for the DC. **Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:** - Responsible for planning, administration and designing of business strategies to achieve the Targets set for the floor. - Manage and lead a team. - Initiate new processes to improve customer satisfaction. - Setting up new systems for inventory planning and store promotion activities. - Managing the sales and distribution/ visibility in outlets. - Sales forecasting, stock planning and budgeting. - Planning sales promotional activities for awareness, faster off-takes for building brand image vis--vis new and existing products. - Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned. - Co-coordinating with other functional teams to improve market share. - Maintaining product hygiene at all levels by replacing defective stocks.
