**Roles and Responsibilities** - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (IFRS, Ind AS) and industry standards (CARO). - Manage assurance engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting. - Lead teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit or related field. - CA qualification in any specialization; ICFR certification preferred. - Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, GAAP, CARO regulations.
