Our processes are robust, transparent and technology-driven to provide globally consistent quality. **Role & responsibilities** - Performing testing procedures including substantive and controls testing, vouching, verification, etc. - Provide necessary support to the team manager on audit engagement formalities - Handle areas and work allocated including testing and relevant audit procedures - Prepare audit work papers and ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures and also regulatory requirements. - Manage and supervise junior team members including article staff. Act as a SPOC for the team with the client in terms of data flow, communication, coordination and discussions . - Coordinate with internal and external teams including client personnel for information/ data - Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions. - Support the team manager in project management, preparing status updated, compiling requirements lists, etc - Participate in meeting with various teams, and contribute for the areas and responsibilities handled. - Understanding business & industry issues / trends. - Ensuring timely delivery of working papers as per the defined timelines. Ensuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures. **Qualification-** **CA** **Preferred candidate profile** - 1 to 3 years of experience into Assurance - Should have strong proficiency in English both written and oral. - Should possess excellent knowledge of auditing - Should possess excellent knowledge of accounting standards, including and specifically Ind AS. - Should have strong proficiency of using excel and spreadsheets. - Have good understanding of concepts around accounting and auditing, including familiarity with financial statements. - Relevant articleship experience - primarily and substantially be in statutory audit. - Have experience of working on site and performing audits, including client and team management experience. - Have experience of reviewing financial statements, compiling audit reports, etc - Have knowledge and experience of audit documentation, preparing and completing audit work papers etc.
