Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Plan and execute property auctions under applicable recovery laws (SARFAESI, where applicable). - Coordinate with Legal, Collections, Developers, Operations, Valuers, and Auction Agencies for auction readiness. - Ensure timely publication of auction notices and completion of documentation. - Achieve recovery targets through successful sale of secured assets. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and audit requirements. - Should have knowledge of Operations Accounting of Funds and Vendor billing. **Preferred candidate profile:** - Graduate in any stream - 5-8 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Auctions, or Asset Management - Experience in Home Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Housing Finance industry preferred. - Analytical & MIS Reporting
