**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions using ServiceNow workflows. - Develop custom plugins for Jenkins pipelines to integrate with other tools such as Webhooks and Microsoft Azure services. - Troubleshoot complex issues related to script execution, workflow design, and system integration.
