**Role & responsibilities** 1. Lead Solution Developer to own end-to-end customization of PTC Creo Parametric 2. translate complex design-process pain points into production-grade ProToolkit / C++ tools to be deployed across geographic locations 3. Strong command of C and C++ (memory management, multi-threading, DLL architecture); proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant toolkit code reviewed by engineering peers. 4. Working knowledge of Teamcenter or comparable PLM systems, at the level needed to design CAD-to-PLM data handshake logic and metadata mappings. 5. Exposure to AI-augmented CAD capabilities: Creo's generative design environment, topology optimization post-processing, or integration of external AI/ML services into CAD workflows via Python or REST APIs. 6. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 7. Good communication skills in English
