Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37395 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - AUTOMOTIVE # **Title:** **Automation Selenium Technical Lead-Testing Services** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** Job Description – Automation Test Engineer (Selenium | 6 – 7 Years) Experience: 7 – 11 Years **Technical Skills:** - Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred) - Experience in automation framework development (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber) - Good understanding of OOP concepts and programming fundamentals - Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle) - Familiarity with API automation - Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging automation scripts **Soft Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills - Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement **Qualifications:** - 4–6 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium - Proven experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks
