The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for quality assurance. You will be responsible for designing and executing automated test scripts, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. **Responsibilities** - ------------------- * Design and develop automated test scripts using automation tools. * Execute automated test cases and analyze results. * Identify, record, and track defects in a defect tracking system. * Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. * Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers. * Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. * Continuously improve test processes and methodologies. **Skills and Qualifications** - ---------------------------- * 5-11 years of experience in software testing and automation. * Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar. * Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python. * Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar. * Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). * Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
