Automation Selenium Testing Subcontractor Area(s) of responsibility Job Description -- Automation Test Engineer (Selenium \| 4--6 Years) Experience: 4 -- 6 Years Technical Skills: • Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred) • Experience in automation framework development (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber) • Good understanding of OOP concepts and programming fundamentals • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle) • Familiarity with API automation • Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging automation scripts Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement Qualifications: • 4--6 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium • Proven experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks Experience Level Senior Level
