Job Description Automation Test Engineer (Java, Selenium, API Testing) **Position:** Automation Test Engineer **Experience:** 5–9 Years **Location:** Hyderabad , Pune , Greater Noida / Hybrid **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled **Automation Test Engineer** with strong experience in **Java, Selenium WebDriver, API Testing, Rest Assured, and TestNG**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications and APIs, ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain automation frameworks using **Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG**. - Design and execute automated API test cases using **Rest Assured**. - Create and maintain reusable test scripts for UI and API testing. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution. - Integrate automated test suites with **CI/CD pipelines**. - Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and estimation activities. - Ensure adherence to QA best practices and testing standards. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience in **Java Programming**. - Expertise in **Selenium WebDriver** automation. - Experience in **API Testing** using **Rest Assured**. - Strong knowledge of **TestNG Framework**. - Understanding of OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Java Streams. - Experience with **Maven/Gradle** build tools. - Knowledge of **Git/GitHub/Bitbucket** version control. - Familiarity with **Jenkins** or other CI/CD tools. - Experience with SQL and database validations. - Strong analytical and debugging skills. Good to Have - Experience in BDD frameworks like **Cucumber**. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as **AWS/Azure**. - Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
