Job description

**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in test automation with hands on experience in testing interfaces, Mobile (IOS/Android) & customer facing applications - Perform functional and automation testing for Web and Mobile applications. - Work within Agile sprints, collaborating closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile). - Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test scenarios. - Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and quality delivery. - Analyze test execution results and provide quality metrics, test status reports, and defect insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality. - Ensure application quality, stability, and performance across Android, iOS, and Web platforms. **Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
