**Role - Automation Tools SME** **Years of Experience - 8 to 12 years** **Location - Bangalore** - **Key Responsibilities:** **Key Responsibilities** **EUC Tools Architecture & Strategy** - Own the **architecture, standards, and technical roadmap** for EUC tools - Align tooling strategy with **Digital Workplace, Manufacturing IT, and Cyber Security principles** . - Evaluate, design, and onboard EUC tools with a focus on **business value, scalability, and security** . **Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (Primary Responsibility)** - Design and operate **Nexthink architecture** (Collectors, Engines, Portal, Campaigns). - Create **real‑time dashboards and experience scores** to monitor: - Endpoint performance - Login and application experience - Stability issues impacting production and engineering users - Develop **Nexthink campaigns** for: - Proactive remediation - Automated fixes - User engagement and notifications - Integrate Nexthink with **ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent)** . **BeyondTrust / Bomgar Secure Remote Support** - Implement and manage **BeyondTrust (Bomgar)** for secure remote support at sites. - Configure: - Secure session access (attended/unattended) - Jump clients - Credential injection - Session recording and audit logs - Enable **secure vendor and third‑party access** in compliance with security policies. **Proactive, Preventive & Automation‑First Operations** - Drive **shift‑left operations and preventive maintenance models** . - Leverage EUC telemetry and automation to: - Reduce incident volumes - Improve Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) - Improve Service Desk efficiency - Partner with Service Desk and Field Support teams to expand **self‑healing capabilities** . **Integration with EUC & Security Ecosystem** - Integrate EUC tools with: - Intune / SCCM / Co‑Management - Microsoft Defender / EDR platforms - Entra ID (Azure AD) - AVD / VDI where applicable - Ensure alignment with **Zero Trust security architecture** . **Governance, Risk & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to: - internal security and IT policies - Data privacy and audit requirements - Maintain **logs, reports, and evidence** for audits and compliance reviews. - Participate in **risk assessments and control validation** related to EUC tools. **Vendor, Stakeholder & Knowledge Management** - Act as **technical interface to tool vendors** . - Support license optimization, renewals, and cost governance. - Create and maintain: - Architecture documents - SOPs / runbooks - KT and reverse‑KT materials - Ensure tool knowledge is **industrialized and not person‑dependent** . **Mandatory Technical Skills** - **Nexthink** (Experience Scoring, Campaigns, Dashboards, Integrations) - **BeyondTrust / Bomgar** (Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access) - Windows Endpoints (Windows 10 / Windows 11) - ITSM integration (ServiceNow or equivalent) - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills **Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills** - Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Co‑Management - Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM / DEX tools) - PowerShell and automation scripting - Endpoint Security (Defender, EDR) - Manufacturing / Factory IT exposure - Microsoft 365 and Entra ID integration
